Enlargement Poll Monitor

Gallup Europe monitored all of the major national written press - written and electronic, weeklies as well as daily papers - for fresh opinion poll figures regarding the support for the EU membership in the accession countries in 2003. All these articles were translated into English and collected on Gallup's servers. They were then linked to the original source. On the basis of these, Gallup Europe prepared weekly summaries of the latest developments in the candidate countries, and provided a synthesized expert opinion about what to expect in each of the upcoming referenda.
