Notre Europe and Gallup Europe together with its consortium of partners join forces to prepare ‘Tomorrow’s Europe’

Notre Europe and Gallup Europe join forces together with an extensive consortium of partners (including El Cano Institute (Spain); Providus (Latvia); European University Institute (Italy); Initiative and Referendum Institute (Germany); Instytut Spraw Publicznych (Poland); Europeum (Czech Republic); Center for European Policy Studies (Belgium); EuropaNova (Hungary)) from all over Europe to set up the largest European project of its kind: ‘Tomorrow’s Europe’ the first ever pan-EU Deliberative Polling® designed for the purpose of Margot Wallström’s Plan D.

In order to fill the hiatus in reliable primary information on South-eastern Europe developments Gallup Europe designed the first Balkan Monitor

Further integrating the Balkan countries in the EU cannot be achieved without understanding Balkans’ issues based on recent data from the individual countries. The Balkan Monitor – as part of the Gallup World Poll – intends to fill the hiatus in reliable primary information.
The official launch of the Balkan Monitor will take place during the workshop ‘Meet the neighbours: the Balkan Monitor’ in Gallup Europe’s office on October the 13th and will gather EU officials Trade-Associations NGOs Institutions and Media.

Together with its consortium partners Gallup Europe are to launch the pan-European Crime and Safety Survey report*

With Max Planck Institut UNICRI GeoX and CEPS and with financial support from the European Commission DG RTD Gallup Europe launches the results of the pan-European Crime and Safety Survey that collected various measures of personal safety along with rates of victimisation in the most important crime categories.

Gallup is to introduce the history’s largest social research project in Brussels

As the world is rapidly changing leaders require direct immediate and timely access to their constituents’ opinions. The Gallup World Poll provides access to the voices hearts and minds of citizens in more than 130 countries and territories by annually measuring a series of key indicators – an unprecedented endeavour in the history of social research industry.
The official launch of the Gallup World Poll in Europe will take place during a workshop on world monitoring and the Balkan Monitor at Gallup Europe’s office on October the 13th. The event will gather EU officials policy makers trade associations NGOs and representatives of the media.
