Gallup has established a partnership with the College of Europe in Brugge, Belgium, to provide an evidence-based policy research seminar for the EU's professional elite of the future. Gallup's Robert Manchin has been teaching a course on "Understanding European Public Opinion - Opinion Polls and their Meaning. Towards a Transnational European Public Sphere?" since the second semester of the academic year 2003-2004.
